List of documents for granting/extending the right to temporary stay for immigrant worker:

1. Beneficiary's approach;
2. Copy of the national passport of the foreigner;
3. Copy of the individual employment contract with the indication of the monthly salary, which must not be lower than the average monthly salary of the economy;
4. Criminal record from the country of origin, legalized / apostilled (as established), translated into the state language and authenticated notary or consular;
5. Proof of living space (document confirming the existence of living space;

For extending the right to temporary stay, the foreigner does not need to present: the criminal record and have to be submitted 30 days before the expiration of the resident permit;

Person has to present copy of the residence permit.

4. Proof of living space (document confirming the existence of living space);
5. One color photo, size 3x4.

For extending the right to temporary stay, the foreigner does not need to present: the criminal record and have to be submitted 30 days before the expiration the resident permit;

Person has to present residence permit and copy of the medical insurance, purchased from the National Health Insurance Company

Note:

1. The documents have to be submitted with at least 30 days before the expiration of the of the period of stay on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
2. For UE citizens, the documents have to be submitted 15 days before the expiration of the period of stay on the territory of the Republic of Moldova;
3. Failure the deadline of application is sanctioned, according to the art. 333 of the Contraventional Code of the Republic of Moldova.

List of documents for granting/extending the right to temporary stay for highly qualified worker:

1. Beneficiary's approach;
2. Copy of the national passport of the foreigner;
3. The individual employment contract indicating the monthly salary of the foreigner which can not be less than 5 monthly average salaries established for the year of management;
4. Copy of the study document or other act confirming the professional training of the person;
5. Proof of living space (document confirming the existence of living space); 
6. Criminal record from the country of origin, legalized/apostilled (as established), translated into the state language and authenticated notary or consular;
7. One color photo, size 3x4.

For extending the right to temporary stay, the foreigner does not need to present: the criminal record and have to be submitted 30 days before the expiration the resident permit;

   6. Criminal record from the country of origin, legalized / apostilled (as established), translated into the state language and authenticated notary or consular;
   7. One color photo, size 3x4.

Lista actelor pentru acordarea dreptului de şedere în scop de muncă străinilor ale căror specialităţi sunt incluse în Lista ocupaţiilor prioritare:

1. Demersul tipizat;
2. Copie de pe pagina cu date de identificare a pașaportului național al străinului; 
3. Copia contractului individual de muncă cu indicarea salariului care nu trebuie să fie mai mic decît salariul mediu lunar pe economie prognozat pentru anul de gestiune;
4. Copia de pe actul de studii sau de pe un alt act ce confirmă pregătirea profesională a străinului invitat la muncă;
5. Cazierul judiciar din ţara de origine legalizat/apostilat (în modul stabilit), tradus în limba de stat şi autentificat notarial sau consular; 
6. Originalul și copia actului ce atestă dreptul de proprietate sau de folosință asupra locuinței (actul de proprietate sau contractul de locațiune);
7. O fotografie color 3x4;

Notă:

1. Actele se prezintă în original şi copii.
2. Actele se depun cu 15 de zile calendaristice înainte de expirarea termenului pentru care li s-a acordat dreptul de aflare;
3. Nerespectarea termenului de depunere a cererii se sancţionează administrativ;
