List of documents required to grant the right of provisional stay to specialists:

1. Application on behalf of the branch, representative office or legal entity established by the parent company on the territory of the Republic of Moldova and the Standard Application Form
2. Proof of the foreigner's transfer from an EU Member State to the branch or representative office in the Republic of Moldova, including the period of the transfer, the location and the the foreigner’ s salary
3. A copy of study diploma/qualification certificate, translated into Romanian
4. Alien's national passport (original and copy) with the appropriate entries applied by the state border control body (confirming the date and place of crossing the state border)
5. Criminal record (in original) from the applicant's country of origin, legalized/apostilled by the authorities of the state of nationality. If the alien has been legally residing for at least two years in a country other than the state of his/her nationality, he/she shall present the criminal record or another document with the same legal value issued by the authorities of the country of residence, translated and legalized/apostilled, as well as the document confirming the right of residence.
6. Original and a copy of the document proving the right of ownership or use of dwelling (extract from the Register of Immovable Property or rental contract, registered in accordance with the legislation)
7. A copy of health insurance
8. A (one) 3x4 cm color photo.

List of documents required for extension of the right of provisional stay for specialists:

1. Application on behalf of the branch, representative office or legal entity established by the parent company on the territory of the Republic of Moldova and the Standard Application Form
2. Proof of extension of the foreigner's transfer from an EU Member State to the branch or representative office in the Republic of Moldova, including the period of the transfer, the location and the the foreigner’ s salary
3. A copy of study diploma/qualification certificate, translated into Romanian
4. Alien's national passport (original and copy)
5. Alien's residence permit (original and copy)
6. Original and a copy of the document proving the right of ownership or use of dwelling (extract from the Register of Immovable Property or rental contract, registered in accordance with the legislation)
7. A copy of health insurance
8. A (one) 3x4 cm color photo

1. The documents must be submitted at least 15 days before the authorized end of their stay in the Republic of Moldova.
2. Failing to meet the deadline for application is subject to administrative penalties.
