Between August 5 and August 11, GIM’s officers granted and/or extended the right of residence for 193 foreign nationals.

244 residence permits were issued, including 14 permanent permits and 230 temporary residence permits.

With regard to the supervision of the residence regime of foreigners, 49 contraventional protocols were issued by GIM employees.

Call Center employees and officers from IGM subdivisions provided 1853 consultations and informational support to foreigners interested in legal stay in the Republic of Moldova.

During the last week, 1 foreigner from Libia were taken into public custody.

Currently, 13 aliens are placed in public custody in the Temporary Placement for Foreigners of the IGM. 

Other 69 foreigners are placed in the Accommodation Center of the GIM (58 adults and 11 minors).
