We remind you that the working hours of the Foreigners Documentation Desk are as follows:
Reception hours: Monday – Friday, between 08:30 and 16:00, with a lunch break between 12:00 and 13:00.
Document issuance is carried out from Monday to Friday, between 15:00 and 16:30. Complete information can be found on the website of the General Inspectorate for Migration (IGM), under the Contact section.
For better organization and to avoid overcrowding, we recommend that you schedule an appointment in advance through the EarlyOne application – a simple and quick way to reserve a spot.
Please make sure to have all the necessary documents with you, completed and in original, in order to facilitate the document issuance process. The list of required documents can be consulted at any time in the Services section on the IGM website.
