All these places have been allocated to universities by ministerial order. Foreigners, including refugees, have to register in person at the universities. The state-funded places are designed for all foreign nationals from countries with which the Republic of Moldova has cooperation and scholarship exchange agreements.

Ukrainian citizens studying on a contract basis will pay the same fee as Moldovan citizens.

Migration officers from the GIM’s Integration Centers provide counseling and mentoring for all interested foreigners who want to study in Moldova.
