The Head of the General Inspectorate for Migration holds hearings on the first Wednesday of the month, between 1:00 PM-5:00 PM.
The Deputy Heads of the General Inspectorate for Migration hold hearings on the second Wednesday of the month, between 1:00 PM-5:00 PM.
Requests for hearings may be submitted online, to the e-mail address migratie@mai.gov.md
with the application of an electronic signature, or in written form, at the headquarters of the General Inspectorate for Migration in mun. Chișinău, 124 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., 4th floor.
The request must contain the applicant’s name, domicile or registered office, the subject and justification of the request, the name of the authority concerned, as well as the signature of the applicant or of the legal representative.
Where applicable, the documents provided in Article 75 (4) of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova No. 116/2018 shall be attached.

It is addressed to economic agents who carry out their activity and foreigners, who have their domicile in these administrative units.
Area of competence of the South Regional Directorate -for Comrat municipality, Cahul municipality and 7 districts: Ceadir-Lunga, Taraclia, Vulcanesti, Cantemir, Basarabeasca, Cimislia, Leova.
It is addressed to economic agents and foreigners residing in these administrative units.
