Yesterday, August 8, several families with minor children staying at the GIM’s Accommodation Center received donations from our partners, the Refugee Charity Center and Hope4. Children have received school bags, school supplies and sports shoes, much-needed items that wil facilitate and support them in the schooling process.

In turn, a range of women and men, asylum seekers and beneficiaries of international protection in the Republic of Moldova, were also provided with footwear.

The General Inspectorate for Migration highly appreciates the constant support of civil society representatives in improving accommodation conditions, in providing much needed primary services, and especially in supporting children accommodated in the Center and helping them to enjoy a secure childhood and good integration in our society.
