Due that the recommendations of the Extraordinary national Commission on Public Health, in order to prevent further spread of Covid-19, the Bureau for Migration and Asylum reiterates the information on the possibility of providing services at the Foreigner`s Documentation One Stop Shop with the prior appointment.
The prior appointment is made at the Call Center: 022 820-007.Working hours are fromMonday to Friday at 08.00-12.00 a.m, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The prior appointment ensures priorate access for the all services granted at the Foreigner`s Documentation One Stop Shop.
Visits to the Foreigner’s Documentation One-Stop-Shop could be possible in cases: if visitors have no visible signs of illness (fever, cough, runny nose), mandatory presence of a protective mask and gloves, as well as maintaining the social distance at the entrance to the room.
At the same time, for the sanitary safety in the foreigner’s documentation One-Stop-Shop, after every two hours of public audience during the 10 minutes the ventilation of the reception areas will be carried out.
