When filling out the form, users can select their preferred language. The form must be completed fully and exclusively in the selected language to avoid any processing errors.

• carefully verify all entered information;
• complete all mandatory fields;
• ensure that all required checkboxes are marked.
• Do not forget to include all family members in the application (spouse and children).
