For more than three years, the Republic of Moldova has stood by the people who fled the war in Ukraine.
In placement centers, through the hotline, temporary protection, or support for integration into the labor market and schools, the General Inspectorate for Migration has been and remains a real source of support for tens of thousands of people. Behind the numbers are lives, families, children who deserve safety and a future.
Out of solidarity and respect for life, temporary protection has been extended until March 2026, so that all those who have found shelter here feel that they are not alone.
