Victims of Trafficking in Human Beings
Granting
List of documents required to grant the right of provisional
stay to victims of trafficking in human beings:
- Standard Application Form
- National passport (original and copy) with appropriate references made by the state border control authority
- The prosecuting authority's order recognizing him/her as an injured party
- Confirmation of domicile or residence address in the Republic of Moldova
- A (one) 3x4 cm color photo.
Extension
List of documents required for extension of the right of provisional stay for victims of trafficking in human beings:
- Standard Application Form
- National passport (original and copy) with appropriate references made by the state border control authority
- A copy of residence permit
- The prosecuting authority's order recognizing him/her as an injured party
- Confirmation of domicile or residence address in theRepublic of Moldova
- A (one) 3x4 cm color photo.
Victims of Domestic Violence
Granting
List of documents required for granting the right of provisional stay to victims of domestic violence:
- Standard Application Form
- National passport (original and copy) or the travel document or a statement on own responsibility
- The prosecuting authority's order recognizing him/her as an injured party or the protection order issued in his/her name
- Confirmation of domicile or residence address in the Republic of Moldova
- A (one) 3x4 cm color photo.
Extension

- Standard Application Form
- National passport (original and copy) or the travel document or a statement on own responsibility
- A copy of residence permit
- The prosecuting authority's order recognizing him/her as an injured party
- Confirmation of domicile or residence address in the Republic of Moldova
- A (one) 3x4 cm color photo.
