Traditionally, the General Inspectorate for Migration (GIM) participates, together with colleagues from the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ subdivisions, in the events dedicated to the International Children's Day in Chisinau and Balti municipalities.

The visitors have the possibility to learn about the new equipment used by the GIM’s Mobile Team for a better and faster documentation of foreigners. At the same time, our colleagues talk about the rights and opportunities for integration of foreigners who have chosen the Republic of Moldova to be their second home.

Because we appreciate the creativity and curiosity of young children, the migration officers set up small creative workshops where children drew or tested their ingenuity by playing.

The General Inspectorate for Migration wishes everyone a very Happy Children’s Day!  We reaffirm our commitment to always be close, on duty so that all children can grow up healthy and happy with and learn while enjoying the care and love of their loved ones.
