Who can apply for permanent residence<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Foreigners who hold the right of temporary residence for at least 3 years (e.g. a foreign<\/p>\n

national married to a citizen of the Republic of Moldova) can apply for permanent residence on the territory of the Republic of Moldova. <\/p>\n

Exceptions to this provision are foreigners enrolled for studies, IT senior managers and IT specialists, posted workers, foreigners employed in investment projects of national importance, foreigners employed in free economic zones and those engaged in religious, humanitarian and volunteer activities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

1.The applicant holds a provisional residence permit or has the right to acquire the<\/p>\n

citizenship of the Republic of Moldova by recognition<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

2. The applicant has dwelling space<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

3. The applicant speaks the state language at a satisfactory level (confirmed by a corresponding<\/span><\/p>\n

certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

5.Valid identity card (original and copy) of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova<\/span><\/p>\n

6.Child’s birth certificate (original and copy)<\/span><\/p>\n

7.The certificate attesting the level of knowledge of the state language, issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research or a diploma issued by a Romanian-language educational institution, except for recipients of an old-age pension.<\/span><\/p>\n

8.The criminal record certificate or another document with the same legal value, translated and legalized\/apostilled by the authorities of the state whose citizenship the person holds.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.The original and a copy of the document proving the right of ownership or use of the dwelling (extract from the Register of Immovable Property or rental contract, registered in accordance with the legislation).<\/span><\/p>\n

10.Original and copy of the health insurance purchased from the National Health Insurance Company<\/span><\/p>\n

  5. The certificate attesting the level of knowledge of the state language, issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research or a diploma issued by a Romanian-language educational institution, except for recipients of an old-age pension<\/li>\n
