Pe perioada st\u0103rii de urgen\u021b\u0103 ace\u0219tia se pot adresa la agen\u021biile teritoriale pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103, care ofer\u0103 gratuit servicii de sus\u021binere la angajarea \u00een c\u00e2mpul muncii, cursuri de formare profesional\u0103, antrenarea la lucr\u0103ri publice, informare \u0219i consiliere profesional\u0103 \u0219i alte servicii specializate, \u00eentru identificarea angajatorului care poate oferi persoanei refugiate un loc de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Drept condi\u021bii minime pentru angajarea \u00een c\u00e2mpul muncii este identificarea locului vacant de munc\u0103 \u0219i semnarea contractului individual de munc\u0103 cu angajatorul \u00een condi\u021biile legisla\u021biei muncii.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen plus, printre facilit\u0103\u021bi de angajare legal\u0103 a fost prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00eencadrarea \u00een c\u00e2mpul muncii a cet\u0103\u021benilor ucraineni, f\u0103r\u0103 a obliga angajatorul s\u0103 includ\u0103 \u00een contractul individual de munc\u0103, drept salariu minim admisibil, suma salariului mediu pe economie, care pentru anul 2022 constituie 9900 lei.<\/p>\n<p>O alt\u0103 facilitare pentru cet\u0103\u021benii ucraineni care doresc s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 permisul de \u0219edere \u00een scop de munc\u0103, constituie anularea taxei de stat \u00een valoare de 1440 lei.<\/p>\n<p>Str\u0103inii \u00eencadra\u021bi \u00een c\u00e2mpul muncii \u00een Republica Moldova, \u00een baza unui contract individual de munc\u0103, precum \u0219i cet\u0103\u021benii str\u0103ini \u0219i apatrizii cu domiciliul \u00een Republica Moldova, au acelea\u0219i drepturi \u0219i obliga\u021bii privind accesul la serviciile medicale ca \u0219i cet\u0103\u021benii Republicii Moldova, \u00een condi\u021biile prev\u0103zute de lege.<\/p>\n<p>Angajarea oficial\u0103 \u00een c\u00e2mpul muncii spore\u0219te siguran\u021ba cet\u0103\u021benilor str\u0103ini afla\u021bi \u00een Republica Moldova \u0219i le ofer\u0103 posibilitatea de a-\u0219i \u00eentre\u021bine familia. \u00cen lipsa unui contract individual de munc\u0103, str\u0103inul risc\u0103 s\u0103-i fie \u00eengr\u0103dite drepturile salariatului &#8211; lucr\u0103tor imigrant, neav\u00e2nd posibilitatea de a\u0219i ap\u0103ra drepturile \u00een raport cu angajatorul. Totodat\u0103, exist\u0103 riscul de nerespectare a dreptului fiec\u0103rui salariat la condi\u021bii echitabile de munc\u0103, inclusiv la condi\u021bii de munc\u0103 care corespund cerin\u021belor securit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u00een munc\u0103, \u0219i a dreptului la odihn\u0103, inclusiv la reglementarea timpului de munc\u0103, la acordarea concediului anual de odihn\u0103, a pauzelor de odihn\u0103 zilnice, a zilelor de repaus \u0219i de s\u0103rb\u0103toare nelucr\u0103toare.<\/p>\n<p>Fiind autoritate competent\u0103 pentru str\u0103ini, BMA are atribu\u021bii privind verificarea legalit\u0103\u021bii \u0219ederii \u015fi plas\u0103rii \u00een c\u00e2mpul muncii pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova a cet\u0103\u021benilor str\u0103ini \u0219i apatrizilor, precum \u0219i aplicarea, \u00een caz de necesitate, a sanc\u021biunilor contraven\u021bionale \u00een privin\u021ba angajatorilor de rea-credin\u021b\u0103, \u00een conformitate cu legisla\u021bia \u00een vigoare.\u00cen prezent, au fost deja stabilite cazuri de angajare ilegal\u0103 \u00een c\u00e2mpul muncii.
