Please read carefully the information regarding the procedure for reviewing electronic submissions to the leadership of the General Inspectorate for Migration:
The website www.igm.gov.md offers you the possibility to address the General Inspectorate for Migration electronically with proposals, complaints, and notifications, attaching a maximum of two supporting files, in formats and sizes accepted by the page.
The text of the submission must not exceed 2,000 characters.
The General Inspectorate for Migration is obliged to inform you, within no more than 2 working days, about the receipt of the petition.
Depending on the specifics of the issue addressed, the examination of the submission may involve specialized, structural, and territorial subdivisions under the authority of the General Inspectorate for Migration.
During the examination, the General Inspectorate for Migration has the right to verify the accuracy of the information and to request additional information or documents.
Following the examination of your submission, you will receive a response in electronic form, at the email address indicated in the form.
When submitting and examining electronic submissions, the confidentiality of personal data and the information provided is ensured.
IMPORTANT: According to Article 75(1)(e) of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova No. 116/2018, electronic submissions (petitions sent by email or via the online form) must be signed with an electronic signature.
Submissions not signed electronically will NOT be examined.
If the petition does not comply with the requirements set out in Article 72(3) or Article 75(1)(c)–(e), the applicant will be informed of the shortcomings and given a reasonable period to remedy them. If the petitioner does not remedy these shortcomings within the set deadline, the petition will NOT be examined.
If you do not have an email address or an electronic signature, we recommend sending a request or petition in written form, on paper, by post, to the address of the General Inspectorate for Migration.
