What documents do I need to bring people to work from the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal?
In the Republic of Moldova, labour immigration of foreigners takes place according to the needs of the national economy for skilled labour in cases where vacancies cannot be filled by local labour, in accordance with the provisions of the present law, other regulatory acts governing labour migration, as well as international treaties in this field to which the Republic of Moldova is a party.
Thus, first of all, it is necessary to register the vacancies.
Then it is necessary to submit the documents for the issuance of invitations for foreigners to one of the foreigners’ documentation counters (entry visa to the Republic of Moldova for Nepalese citizens is issued on the basis of an invitation issued by the General Inspectorate for Migration). Having received these two documents from the General Inspectorate for Migration, the foreigner must apply to the diplomatic mission of the Republic of Moldova abroad to obtain an entry visa to the Republic of Moldova;
Subsequently, within 5 calendar days from the date of entry into the country, the foreigner must present him/herself to the competent authority for foreigners to obtain a residence permit.
How can I refuse temporary protection?
The submission of requests to renounce temporary protection on behalf of beneficiaries of temporary protection is allowed by authorized representatives, provided that a notarized power of attorney is attached. Can I apply for temporary protection if I have a residence permit?
If you hold a residence permit in the Republic of Moldova, you cannot apply for temporary protection because temporary protection is a status granted to persons who do not have legal residence status and are in an emergency situation, such as an armed conflict or a large-scale crisis. Temporary protection is mainly intended for refugees and people facing a massive influx of humanitarian migrants.
My wallet with my residence permit was stolen, what should I do?
Go to the Police Inspectorate in the area where you noticed the theft/loss. Apply to the GIM for a new residence permit within 15 days.
