Dear citizens of the Republic of Moldova,

To celebrate the Independence Day of the Republic of Moldova means, first of all, to honor the courage and determination of those who fought so that today we can build a nation on the foundations of freedom and dignity.

For the team of the General Inspectorate for Migration, the independence of the Republic of Moldova is more than just a legal act. It symbolizes a deep commitment to the values that underpin our society: security, peace, freedom and integration.

Every day, in every village and city of our country, from North to South and from sunrise to sunset, migration officers serve these principles with honor and dedication for the good of every citizen and every foreigner on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, to ensure that every person feels protected and respected, regardless of their origin.

On the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Moldova, we offer our sincere congratulations to our fellow countrymen and reiterate the commitment of the General Inspectorate for Migration to serve the country, respecting the past and caring for the future.
