Foreigners who hold the right of temporary residence for at least 3 years (e.g. a foreign
national married to a citizen of the Republic of Moldova) can apply for permanent residence on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
Exceptions to this provision are foreigners enrolled for studies, IT senior managers and IT specialists, posted workers, foreigners employed in investment projects of national importance, foreigners employed in free economic zones and those engaged in religious, humanitarian and volunteer activities.

citizenship of the Republic of Moldova by recognition

3. The applicant speaks the state language at a satisfactory level (confirmed by a corresponding
certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research)
4. No criminal record in the last 3 years.

7.The certificate attesting the level of knowledge of the state language, issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research or a diploma issued by a Romanian-language educational institution, except for recipients of an old-age pension.
8.Criminal record certificate or other document having the same legal value, issued by the authorities of the country of origin
9.The original and a copy of the document proving the right of ownership or use of the dwelling (extract from the Register of Immovable Property or rental contract, registered in accordance with the legislation).
10.Original and copy of the health insurance purchased from the National Health Insurance Company
11.A (one) 3x4 cm color photo.
