List of documents required to granting the right of provisional stay for work purpose to posted workers:

1. Standard Application Form
2. Alien's national passport
3. Posting document issued by the company posting the foreign national, countersigned by the requesting beneficiary
4. Contract for provision of services or contract for performance of work
5. Criminal record from the applicant's country of origin, legalized/apostilled (in the prescribed manner), translated into Romanian, notarized or consular authenticated
6. Original and a copy of the document proving the right of ownership or use of dwelling (extract from the Register of Immovable Property or rental contract, registered in accordancewith the legislation)
7. A (one) 3x4 cm color photo.

List of documents required for extension of the right of provisional stay for work purpose to posted workers:

1. Standard Application Form
2. Alien's national passport
3. Alien's residence permit
4. Contract for provision of services or contract for performance of work
5. Original and a copy of the document proving the right of ownership or use of dwelling (extract from the Register of Immovable Property or rental contract, registered in accordance with the legislation)
6. A (one) 3x4 cm color photo.

1.      The documents must be submitted at least 30 days before the authorized end of foreigner’s stay in the Republic of Moldova.

2.       The EU citizens must submit their documents at least 15 days before the authorized end of their stay in the Republic of Moldova.

3.      Failing to meet the deadline for application is subject to administrative penalties.
