Alien's national passport
The individual employment contract indicating the alien's monthly salary
Criminal record from the applicant's country of origin, legalized/apostilled (in the prescribed manner), translated into Romanian, notarized or consular authenticated
Original and a copy of the document proving the right of ownership or use of dwelling (extract from the Register of Immovable Property or rental contract, registered in accordance with the legislation)
A (one) 3x4 cm color photo.

of national importance:

Application of project implementer or public administration/ beneficiary institution/organization
Alien's national passport
Alien's residence permit
Original and a copy of the document proving the right of ownership or use of dwelling (extract from the Register of Immovable Property or rental contract, registered in accordance with the legislation)
A (one) 3x4 cm color photo.

NOTES:

1. The documents must be submitted at least 30 days before the authorized end of foreigner’sstay in the Republic of Moldova.

2. The EU citizens must submit their documents at least 15 days before the authorized end of their stay in the Republic of Moldova.

3. Failing to meet the deadline for application is subject to administrative penalties.
