Citizens are received by the Head of the General Inspectorate for Migration on the first Wednesday of each month, from 13:00 to 17:00.
Citizens are received by the Deputy Heads of the General Inspectorate for Migration on the second Wednesday of each month, from 13:00 to 17:00.
Requests for an audience can be submitted online at migratie@mai.gov.md with an electronic signature, or in writing at the headquarters of the General Inspectorate for Migration: 124 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., 4th floor, Chișinău.
The request must contain the name of the applicant, their domicile or registered office, the subject of and reasons for the request, the name of the authority concerned, and the signature of the applicant or their legal representative.
Where applicable, the documents provided for in Article 75(4) of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova No. 116/2018 are attached.
