How to schedule your GIM visit online

  1. Download the Earlyone app from Google Play or App Store, depending on your phone type:

    Google Play (Android) App Store (iOS)

  2. Open the app and select “Government”.
  3. Choose “General Inspectorate for Migration (GIM)”.
  4. Select the GIM branch where you want to receive the requested service.
  5. Select the type of service you need.
  6. Choose your preferred date and time for the visit.
  7. Confirm by pressing “Book a Visit” and get your activation code.
  8. When you arrive at the GIM office, enter the activation code at the “Electronic Queue” terminal.
