To the attention of economic operators in the Republic of Moldova – applicants for services provided by the GIM

The General Inspectorate for Migration (GIM) informs that the submission, via the E-Filing platform, of applications for granting and extending temporary residence rights for:

• associates/shareholders of legal entities with foreign investments registered in the Republic of Moldova;
• persons holding management positions;
• fforeign citizens to the Republic of Moldova for employment purposes (migrant workers),

is carried out on working days, from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.

At the same time, in order to ensure fair competition and guarantee equity, an applicant may submit a maximum of 10 files per day via the E-Filing platform.

The submission of applications is not available outside the specified working hours, nor on Saturdays and Sundays.

The IGM recommends that applicants take these conditions into account when planning the submission of documents, in order to avoid possible inconveniences and ensure the efficient processing of requests.
