In the Republic of Moldova over 18 500 of foreigners from 145 countries are documented with residence right.

Among the documented foreigners are persons of different religious confessions: Orthodox, Catholics, Baptists, Indians, Buddhists, Muslims, Jews, Adventists, Pentecostals, Evangelicals, etc.

Following the epidemiological situation, in order to execute Decision no. 25 of 05.05.2020 of the Commission for Exceptional Situations, in particular point 9, we inform that the religious meetings, namely divine services, or other traditional religious manifestations, will take place strictly in the open air (in the courtyards of the religious confessions’ premises), with the obligatory observance of the social distance of at least 2 m, with the obligatory wearing of masks and protective gloves by all participants.

At the same time, divine services with a high degree of transmission of infection will not be accompanied by religious rituals (direct contact between persons and / or touching of objects).
