The Bureau of Migration and Asylum informs that during the adoption by the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova the state of emergency on the territory of the country (Parliament Decree №55 of 17 March 2020) foreigners can request a Certificate of assignment of a state identification number by e-mail:
migratie.sd@bma.gov.md
For this, you need to attach the following documents:
1. Application form (an example is attached);
2. Foreign passport of a foreigner (attached page with personal data and photo);
3. Power of attorney and identity card if legal representative submits documents.
ANNOTATION: Payment is made only after receiving a message from the Bureau of Migration and Asylum, which confirms the acceptance of documents.
