In accordance with the Decision of the National Extraordinary Commission for Public Health of the Republic of Moldova no. 11 of 15 May, 2020, based on the Provision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Order no. 234 of 19 May 2020, The Bureau for Migration and Asylum starting May 25th, 2020 will serve applicants in a special regime to protect further the health of its citizens and specialists and prevent the spread of Covid-19.

The BMA informs that starting on May 25th, 2020 at the One-Stop-Shop for Foreigner’s Documentation services will be provided according to the following program:

Documentation with identity documents:

Working hours are from Monday to Friday at 08:30 a.m.– 12:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. 

The documentation with identity documents will be performed only with the prior appointment at the Call Center: 022 820-007.

Issuance of identity documents:

Working hours are from Monday to Friday at 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The records for granting the right of residence and other requests can be submitted without contact just by leaving a package of supporting documents in a specially equipped container: “Submission of documents for the Bureau of Migration and Asylum”. It will be installed at the entrance to the building.

Visits to the One-Stop-Shop for foreigner’s documentation could be possible in cases: if visitors have no visible signs of illness (fever, cough, runny nose), mandatory presence of a protective mask and gloves, as well as maintaining the social distance at the entrance to the room.

At the same time, for the health safety inside the BMA, after every two hours of citizens’ audience the disinfection and ventilation of the reception desks will be performed for 10 minutes.
